CWT is a leading provider of integrated logistics solutions for worldwide customers in the commodities, chemical and petrochemical, marine, oil & gas, defence and industrial sectors. CWT designs, engineers and manages unique and effective supply chain solutions leveraging its in-depth domain knowledge, innovative capabilities and global logistics infrastructure. Through its global network, the CWT Group is able to connect customers to 120 ports and over 1,200 destinations seamlessly around the world. Headquartered in Singapore, the CWT group also provides engineering management and maintenance services for facilities and vehicles and equipment fleet. The largest listed logistics company in Southeast Asia, CWT is traded on the Singapore Stock Exchange under the stock symbol CWT.

The CWT Group offers commodities logistics services through its wholly-owned subsidiary CWT Commodities Pte Ltd. CWT Commodities specializes in the handling and storage of ferrous and nonferrous metals, soft commodities, plastics and energy products. Listed as an official London Metals Exchange (LME) warehouse operator, CWT Commodities has LME approved facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, UAE, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and the USA. Its full array of integrated commodity services includes bonded and non-bonded warehousing, freight forwarding, shipping, mining logistics, surveying and sampling.

Aquarius Shipping International (Pty) Ltd joined the CWT group in February 2012. CWT foresees great synergies from this strategic acquisition. With its established business network and management team’s vast local knowledge, ASI will further expand and strengthen the group’s commodity logistics business in Southern and Eastern Africa. The existing ASI network and capabilities will help escalate the business growth in Turkey as well as facilitate the expansion of its commodity related value added service in the African Continent. ASI will also contribute business volume to optimise the existing CWTC resources in Antwerp, the world’s leading tobacco harbour where ASI actively operates forwarding and shipping cross traders. Likewise, ASI can tap into the CWT’s network of clients. LME and LIFFE approved warehouse services and other commodity related services to further develop and expand ASI’s metal business.
